“A team of four Rawls College of Business students recently won the Texas International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Undergraduate Case Study Competition in Dallas. The competition pits major universities against one another in a battle of retail development knowledge that determines which undergraduate program produces students most ready to excel in the retail real estate industry”.

“A team of four students in the Real Estate Organization placed second in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Texas Undergraduate Case Study Competition in Dallas. The competition pits major universities against one another in a battle of retail development knowledge that determines which undergraduate program produces students most ready to excel in the retail real estate industry”.  

“Four members of Texas Tech University’s Real Estate Organization (REO) recently placed first in an undergraduate case study competition sponsored by the North Texas Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Of the four years that this competition has been held, Texas Tech has attended three times – earning first place twice and second place once”.

“Texas Tech’s REO has placed third overall in 2017 and results for this year will be posted at the end of December. Participating students have to decide on how to allocate a hypothetical $1 million dollars through their knowledge of public markets”.
