What is the REO Industry Trip?
The industry trips are usually a few days of visiting firms who represent various areas of the commercial real estate industry. We visit with brokerage, development, appraisal, lending, investment, legal, and any other firms who participate in the world of commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity to network with industry professionals and gain exposure to industry terms and processes.
What are the requirements to go on the industry trip?
You must be a current REO member and generally active in the organization. GPA, resume, interest in a career in commercial real estate, and attendance at REO events are all considered when choosing candidates to attend the trip.
When do applications open?
They are usually available about 4 weeks before the trip. Exact dates and details will be announced at REO meetings and on our Instagram
